The Home-Based Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to children and youth (birth to age 21) who meet State criteria for Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). Services include crisis intervention, community consultation, and education, delivered primarily in community settings such as the home or school, in accordance with Medicaid Home-Based service guidelines.
Individuals with lived experience in mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.
