Job Description

We are currently hiriing for an experienced Machine Lead Operator for one of our clients located in the Kentwood.MI area for 3rd shift! The machine lead operator is responsible for operating grut blast, thermal spray machines. and automated inspection and material handliing for processsing components.

Additional Requirements

Support the shift supervisor
Support and engage in process improvements
Perform maxhine set up and fixturing change overs
Proven experience trouble shooting machines
Experience making adjusting to manufacturing equipment to mke parts
Operates all machines to process parts
Simple inspections
Train people on equipment and processes
Equipment preventative maintenance and repair
Fills in for Shift Supervisor
Support Material Handling
Load and unload trucks as needed
