HTC Global Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Sr. Software Developer (Ref# SSD86RS).
Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Duties: Develop and modify software or programs at a high technical level. Develop, implement, and support cloud-based ERP applications using SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), XML, and Webservices SOAP/REST API. Responsible for solution design, configuration, workflow, and user training for SAP Ariba and S/4HANA. Identify the client requirements by detailed discussions/meetings with client, functional users, functional/technical consultants, and product owners to collect requirement specifications, metrics, and key performance indicators. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested change is possible within existing system. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate the software architecture that meets client requirements in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Review the technical design specifications and code new or modify existing programs as per the design requirements. Deploy and integrate SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules with SAP S/4HANA integration. Prepare test plan based on the system requirements specification. Inspect test results for accuracy and completeness. Provide application technical support and maintenance activities for enhanced system functionality. Interact with end-users and troubleshoot production issues. Prepare system requirements specification documents. Maintain a log of all change requests. Train users in joint application development techniques. Review requirements specifications and prototype with users.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including SAP Consultant or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
