Diverse Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Operators / Entry-Level Machine Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Chelsea, MI.

Operate production machinery following work instructions

Load and unload materials as needed

Inspect parts for quality and report defects

Support production operations in multiple departments

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and quality standards

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Must-Have Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift

Basic reading, counting, and measurement skills

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Willingness to learn new processes and equipment
