Litigation Paralegal Overview A nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This role will support attorneys on complex litigation matters, with a focus on securities litigation, class actions, and federal court matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution. * Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documentation. * Coordinate and track discovery, document productions, and records collection. * Conduct large-scale document review and organize case materials. * Prepare exhibits, filings, and court submissions. * Maintain case calendars and monitor court deadlines. * Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors. * Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation. * Perform legal and factual research as needed. * Assist with electronic filing in federal and state courts. Qualifications * 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience * Experience working within the federal court system. * Prior experience supporting securities litigation and/or class action matters strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings. * Experience with large-scale document review and case management. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information * Securities litigation * Class action litigation * Federal court filings * E-discovery and document review platforms * Trial preparation Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
