Job Duties
- Perform traditional Hue and Central Vietnamese music using the Dan Tranh (Vietnamese 16-string zither) during dinner service, weddings, cultural programs, festivals, and special events.
- Present solo and ensemble performances that showcase the musical heritage of Hue and Vietnam.
- Perform traditional court music, folk music, and contemporary arrangements appropriate for a hospitality and cultural venue.
- Rehearse with other musicians and coordinate performances with restaurant and event staff.
- Tune, maintain, and properly care for the dan tranh and related musical equipment.
- Introduce guests to Vietnamese musical traditions through brief cultural presentations when requested.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous interaction with guests.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience performing the traditional Vietnamese Dan Tranh (16-string zither).
- Demonstrated ability to perform traditional Hue and Vietnamese musical repertoire.
- Must successfully complete a live or recorded performance audition.
- Applicants must submit a recording of a performance demonstrating proficiency and experience playing the Dan Tranh. Vocal (singing) ability is preferred but not required.

Benefits/Others:
The following terms and conditions apply to the permanent Maintenance Supervisor position:
- Single Workweek for Computing Wages: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
- Pay Frequency: Employees will be paid on a biweekly basis.
- Payroll Deductions: The employer will make all deductions from the employee’s wages required by federal, state, and local law. Any voluntary deductions will be made only with the employee’s authorization and in accordance with applicable law.
- Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
- Work Schedule: This is a permanent, full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week. Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency work may be required based on operational needs.
