We are expanding our Inside Sales team and hiring motivated Phone Sales Specialists / Rehash Representatives to close sales from company-provided warm leads. This role focuses on following up with homeowners, building rapport over the phone, and converting opportunities into booked sales. Responsibilities include: * Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams * Make high-volume calls * Contact homeowners who previously requested service or consultations * Build rapport with customers and identify their HVAC or home service needs * Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales * Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert * Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service * Track customer interactions and sales activity within company systems * Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced inside sales environment. Qualifications What You Need: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proven ability to close sales over the phone * High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills * Previous inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred * Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment * Must pass background check and drug screening *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
