This Customer Service Representative will be answering customer's questions and support for their claims and additional inquiries. About You: * High school diploma or GED required * 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus * Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency * Background in medical terminology or healthcare support is helpful About the Job: * Handle customer inquiries related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal access, and ID cards * Provide 5-star service with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented support * Resolve member issues efficiently through clear communication and active listening * Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all customer interactions * Support the overall customer experience by upholding high service standards and team values Our client is seeking a candidate to provide dedicated service to their clients in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
