The Micro Market Driver is responsible for safely delivering products to multiple points of sale while maintaining inventory, merchandising, and food safety standards. This role includes loading/unloading products, restocking shelves, handling cash, and performing routine cleaning and audits. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions while complying with all traffic and safety regulations. Physical stamina is required for lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Organize products per store layouts, roll out promotions, gather customer feedback, and maintain inventory levels for all Count, record, and restock shelves, coolers, and coffee. Track inventory, rotate products, and record unsold or expired merchandise.
- Product Delivery: Assess inventory needs, coordinate with the warehouse, load/unload products safely, and deliver to points of sale. Communicate with management on product updates and scheduling.
- Cash Handling: Collect money, follow cash handling and loss prevention protocols, record transactions, and report suspicious activity.
- Food Safety & Sanitation: Handle and store perishable items properly, maintain cooler temperatures, and perform routine cleaning of equipment, surfaces, and sales areas.
- Inventory: Complete regular full inventory
- Audit: Inspect food quality and appearance, report stale products, review pick sheets,

- Valid Chauffeur's License
- Retail experience and basic merchandising knowledge preferred
- Able to pass drug test and background check
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs Skills and Abilities
- Obeys all traffic laws and follows instructions

Compensation: $19.50/hour starting wage + $1.00 shift premium
Schedule: Monday — Friday, 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM
