Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an automotive technology organization, is seeking a skilled Business / Systems Analyst. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, improving business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with experience supporting UX initiatives in an Agile environment.

Job Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX teams to develop wireframes and UI requirements
• Support user experience improvements through research, feedback, and iterative design
• Partner with development and QA teams throughout implementation and testing
• Manage and refine Agile artifacts using Jira and Confluence
• Assist with system implementations, enhancements, and production support activities

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting software or enterprise applications
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Proficiency in creating process maps, workflows, user stories, and functional documentation
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and Development team
