Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its plaintiff-side securities and class action litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have litigation paralegal experience and a strong understanding of complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, while contributing to high-profile securities and class action matters. Responsibilities * Assist attorneys with all phases of securities and class action litigation. * Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documents. * Coordinate and track document productions and discovery materials. * Prepare and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions. * Conduct legal and factual research as needed. * Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines. * Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors. * Support trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and hearings. * Assist with electronic filing in federal and state courts. Desired Skills * 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience. * Prior experience supporting securities litigation and class action matters strongly preferred. * Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and discovery processes. * Excellent organizational and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software. * Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
