Job Description
I Love Marquette is seeking friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associates to join our team for the seasonal period of March through December. Associates provide excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases, maintain store displays, and help create a welcoming shopping experience in our downtown retail location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Fold, organize, and restock clothing and merchandise.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and organized displays.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving merchandise shipments.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Stand for extended periods while assisting customers and performing store duties.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to fold, organize, and stock clothing and merchandise.
