BAVARIAN INN LODGE
POSITION: BEDMAKER – PART-TIME JOB LEVEL: Grade 3
HOURS: a. Part-time – Average of 20 – 30 hours per week, 5 days per week
b. Work Shifts – Earliest shift 9:30am – Latest 4p.m.
c. Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor or Lead, assists in guestroom bed making, vacuuming, dusting, and other areas to prepare for occupancy and use according to standards and procedures established by the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Seeks out opportunities to provide exceptional guest service. This is accomplished by training employees to greet all guests warmly and to be courteous to our guests and fellow employees, and by setting an example for all co-workers. This is performed daily.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Good personal hygiene.
· Ability to stand, reach, bend, and kneel for 6+ hour shifts.
· Ability to go on ladders.
· Ability to push/pull equipment with a 10 lb.+ force
· Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
· Knowledge of the area and local attractions
UNIFORM: Female: White blouse, black dress slacks, black tie, leather shoes with rubber soles,
Housekeeping apron, nametag.
Male: White shirt, black dress slacks, black tie, leather shoes
