What You Will Do
Gather requirements and collaborate with functional team on design of integrations, extensions, reports, and conversions
Connect to Finance team business goals, priorities, key performance indicators, and operational impacts
Resolve reported defects and maintain solution status
Initiate and maintain Lean Specification mapping documents for all integrations, legacy Guardian system, and Infor systems
Consult with Infor functional and technical resources to complete any necessary information for completion of Lean Spec
Support solution and integration testing
Drive timely resolutions of issues impacting business
ProvideGuardianinstitutional knowledge to stakeholders
Facilitate stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into business insight
Validate logic/configuration, and lead pre-release and user acceptance testing
Support change control and keep system documentation and compliance current
Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
*Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or a comparable role
*Experience using ERP systems such INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP, etc.
*Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams
*Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered
What Will Put You Ahead
*Working knowledge of INFOR M3
*Experience with AI literacy and utilization
*Experience with AGILE teams and innovation frameworks
*Experience partnering with software vendors or development teams to solve business needs
*Bachelor's degree in business or related field
