Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements
Automotive manufacturing or supplier project management experience
Experience with vehicle diagnostics, testing, and electrical systems
Product development experience involving electrical, powertrain, or chassis systems
Familiarity with plant IT infrastructure, networking, or server applications
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting systems
Job Duties
Lead implementation of in-station process control and vehicle testing systems
Support diagnostics strategy throughout product development and launch phases
Analyze and improve testing processes to enhance manufacturing quality
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to resolve system issues
Support end-of-line testing and troubleshooting activities
Assist with controls, wireless technologies, factory information systems, and plant communications
Apply PFMEA and failure prevention methodologies to improve product quality
Track project milestones and support launch readiness activities
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing plant environments
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods
Occasional travel throughout production facilities as needed
