Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as an Electric Vehicle Occupational Safety for Man and Non-Man Sites, Paint Shop Controls/Maintenance/Process Coordinator, Paint Shop Process Engineer, Controls Lead, or related occupation. Five (5) years of experience with the following: Safety requirements industry standards, including ANSI, ISO, and CSA; Safety requirements for robotic cells, conveyors, and operator stations; Design in Safety Process including g-Comply, g-Risk, and g-Placard processes and e-tools; Designing and building of machine meeting Pld and Category 4 architecture using programmable safety devices and safety relays; Validating safety circuits with an understanding of potential failure modes; PLC, HMI programming, EPLAN, Ethernet, and Devicenet networks; and Global Design for Health and Safety standard.
