Your Contribution: The Foreign Trade Intern will support the Foreign Trade and Customs team in daily import operations, customs compliance activities, and administrative tasks, working closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant trade operations. * Support import and customs operations by coordinating with customs brokers and internal stakeholders. * Assist in the review and processing of import documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations. * Perform data entry and maintain trade-related records with a high level of accuracy. * Analyze existing procedures and support process improvement initiatives. * Support administrative activities related to foreign trade operations. * Collaborate with the Team Lead on special projects and continuous improvement efforts. * Assist in monitoring compliance with North American trade regulations and IMMEX/Maquiladora program requirements Your Experience & Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field. * Basic understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and customs operations. * Knowledge of North American trade practices and Mexico's IMMEX/Maquiladora program is preferred. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
