At Andy's Statewide, a division of the nation's premier residential infrastructure network (ARS), we do the heavy lifting for you. We provide 3 to 4 company-generated, pre-set appointments daily (minimum 55 qualified leads/month). We are seeking elite outside sales professionals from industries like solar, roofing, generators, flooring, or HVAC who know how to build rapport and handle a consultative, one-call close. Responsibilities Core Role Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations with residential clients to evaluate old heating/cooling units. * Inspect current mechanical footprints-this requires navigating residential crawlspaces, basements, and attics. * Craft custom upgrade layouts, build pricing scenarios, and present financial flex-options. * Guide clients through a one-call resolution sales cycle. * Partner directly with the local install coordinators for flawless project handoffs. Qualifications What You Need * Confirmed track record in face-to-face outside sales or in-home consultations. * Experience with one-call close dynamics is strongly preferred; technical HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required. * Must possess a clean driving record and pass standard drug and background screening. * Physical capability to inspect equipment in hot attics or wet crawlspaces.
