Olson Electric is growing and hiring Journeyman Electricians to join their team in Houghton, Michigan.

WHAT WE OFFER.
- $30 – $40 per hour based on experience and skills.

- Full-time, year-round Monday–Thursday position generally working from 8am–6:30pm. Flexibility required for emergency repair callouts which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Michigan licensed Journeyman Electrician required.
- Solid electrical experience required.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safe work practices.
- Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems.
- Understanding of electrical code compliance.
- Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- A responsible, honest, and professional approach to each job.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed.
- Someone able to represent Olson Electric with honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship.
