Shipping Export Document Coordinator

The Shipping Export Document Coordinator position is a day shift needed Monday through Friday. The position requires the ability to work some weekends to support export needs. This position will report to the Shipping Export Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, export document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing office materials
- Answer internal and external calls, route messages, and respond to basic email inquiries as needed
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Support department workflows by preparing reports, scanning documents, and organizing digital files
- Assist with mail and sample processing, copying, and other routine office tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and administrative needs are fulfilled
- Follow established procedures and help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of clerical, administrative, or office support experience is preferred
- Export documentation experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Comfortable working with internal systems and databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary

This clerical position earns a competitive wage of $24.00-$27.00 per hour based on experience.
