Your responsibilities will include: * Build relationships with apartment communities, leasing offices, and property management teams * Meet new residents through face-to-face outreach and educate them on WOW! products and services * Sell internet, TV, and phone services while consistently achieving monthly sales goals * Grow customers within existing contracted apartment communities * Develop marketing plans with property managers to drive awareness and sales * Represent WOW! at resident events, property events, and association meetings * Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience * Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the sales process * Conduct routine property visits and account reviews * Complete customer and property reports while maintaining accurate sales activity * Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications * 1-3 years of sales experience (outside sales preferred) * Strong communication and presentation skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities * Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics * Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile technology * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require Additional Requirements * Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards * Ability to walk apartment communities and work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Ability to carry sales materials and marketing equipment as needed * Ability to travel to different markets when required Ready to build your sales career with WOW!?
