Requires bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or closely-related field and five years of progressive experience in mass production/manufacturing operations. Experience must include: overseeing operation/optimization of lithium-ion battery manufacturing equipment, production line floor management, and utilizing PLC, SolidWorks, AutoCAD to inspect equipment, identify issues, and implement improvements.
