41 Lumber is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Associate supports customers with product selection, order processing, and project needs. You’ll work closely with contractors, homeowners, and team members to ensure every customer receives accurate information and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales — Assist customers in person and over the phone, provide product recommendations, and process orders.

Computer Proficiency — Use point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and other computer programs efficiently.

Team Communication — Communicate clearly with coworkers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Organization — Maintain accurate records, manage orders, and keep work areas organized.

Schedule and Hours
Store hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
- Full-time positions: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.
