The Elks Lodge is seeking a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lodge and help create a welcoming experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the lodge and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Supervise lodge employees, volunteers, and bartenders, including scheduling and performance management.
- Coordinate lodge events, rentals, meetings, and special functions.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, food, beverages, and operating materials.
- Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance needs, and vendor services.
- Assist with budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and Elks regulations, policies, and licensing requirements.
- Handle member and guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support membership growth and retention efforts through excellent customer service.
- Work closely with lodge officers, trustees, and committees to support lodge goals and activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the values of the Elks organization.
