WHAT WE OFFER.
- $18 – $25 per hour starting pay.

WHAT YOU WILL DO. As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing medical devices across the finish line by:
- Performing inspections and accurately documenting results.
- Applying specialized secondary processes such as cleaning, blasting, polishing, assembly, epoxy application, and packaging/shipping.
- Using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Following established procedures and quality requirements (details matter here).
- Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
- Recording production steps with accurate counts and documentation.
- Managing your time well to support production schedules.
- Flagging any non-conformities or quality concerns (we want you to speak up).
- Contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Using manual manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Pitching in with other duties as assigned—we’re a team, after all.

- Enjoys learning, improving processes, and contributing ideas.

- Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior manufacturing experience required—we’re happy to train the right person.
