Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, interpreting blueprints, and contributing to the creation of durable, high-performance equipment. Welding experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements accurately.
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain consistent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Required Knowledge
- Understanding of basic assembly techniques and safety practices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production workflows.
- Knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers).
Ability to Implement
- Apply blueprint instructions to real-world assembly tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
- Learn and apply new skills quickly through on-the-job training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
