This position starts at $22.80/HR Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. These positions could work in any department of this meat processing facility include Shipping, Receiving, or Production within a cold work environment. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels. Physical Requirements:The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. * Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs * The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas * The Team Member will work 8-10 hours on hard floors * The Team Member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areas * The Team Member will work in a cold environment of -20 degrees Fahrenheit * The Team Member and a damp environment * The Team Member will work on slippery walking surfaces Requirements: * Must have 3 months experience listed on application (can be with multiple employers but must add up to 3 months) * Prefer 3 months of Forklift Experience * Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
