Job Details

Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee all testing phases. Identify functional and non-functional requirements and provide guidance to software validation teams. Interact with the stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met. Review and manage test plans and schedules for each test phase, including configuration, unit, functional, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing. Prepare project plans and track project tasks/status. Review metrics to manage the project's health, efforts, and defects. Identify project risks and guide the team to mitigate the same for each activity. Lead the test team in the execution of all test phases. Facilitate test meetings and escalate to the project management team as needed. Monitor issues/defects for trends and provide metrics to the customer project teams. Oversee requirement traceability through all test phases. Manage and oversee the test team to ensure timely test execution, proper test result documentation, timely defect/issue reporting, and timely retests. Mentor and train the test team in testing best practices and various testing methodologies.
