REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related area preferred.
* Two (2) to four (4) years experience in compensation or related area required.
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, problem resolution, verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team to meet established deadlines.
* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong proficiency in industry standard PC applications and systems (i.e. Excel, Word).
* Knowledge of applicable Human Resources laws (i.e., State and Federal labor laws, FLSA, etc.).
* Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
