Are you looking for a predictable schedule with your weekends free? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Midland. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring that production parts and incoming shipments move accurately, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving: Manage the timely and accurate shipment of approved finished production parts and oversee daily receiving activities.
Material Movement: Handle, scan, and move boxes to the shipping area. Move raw materials to and from the production floor, as well as Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG) in and out of the warehouse.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to carry out daily tasks.
System Tracking & Documentation: Utilize SAP and related systems for accurate tracking, while adhering to established ISO procedures and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Maintain open communication with various departments regarding order status, paperwork, and shipping preparation. Coordinate directly with outside shipping and receiving resources.
Team Support: Maintain a clean, organized work area (general housekeeping) and assist with miscellaneous production support activities as assigned.

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow written instructions closely and proactively solve challenges in a timely manner.
Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and solid organizational skills.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
Forklift truck experience including past certification.
Successful completion of relevant OSHA safety instruction.
2+ years of relevant warehouse or material handling experience.
