No experience necessary — training will be provided!
These are full-time, temporary positions with the potential for long-term, permanent employment based on attendance, attitude, and job performance.
?? Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
-
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM***
?? Work Environment Notes:

This is a hands-on, industrial setting — expect a factory atmosphere that includes oil, grease, and the smells typical of a machine or automotive shop

Hearing protection, gloves, and other protective gear may be required

A great fit for individuals comfortable working in a loud, rugged, and fast-paced environment
?? Job Duties May Include:

Operating stamping presses to produce metal parts used in the automotive or manufacturing industries

Loading and unloading parts into machines or onto racks
-
Grinding, deburring, or trimming metal parts to meet specifications
-
Conducting visual or gauge-based inspections to ensure quality and consistency
-
Packing and labeling finished parts for shipment
-
Operating forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials (for Hi-Lo roles)

Maintaining clean and organized workstations
-
Following safety protocols and wearing proper PPE at all times
