Duties: Create and implement the software engineering vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve the performance of Information Security operations. Create auditing strategies and conduct periodic evaluations of our technology stack. Provide technical advice on remediation efforts for any deficiencies discovered in our system health. Assist with the execution of software development projects by combining industry best practices, business requirements and knowledge of the team’s skillset into actionable solutions. Serve as a conduit for feedback and direction between software engineers, leadership, project managers and other stakeholders. Mentor junior software engineers. Create governance standards.
