What You’ll Do

- Scheduling and coordinating appointments while optimizing provider calendars
- Supporting administrative functions including data entry, record management, and documentation
- Collaborating closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth and accurate patient care delivery
- Safeguarding patient information by strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
What You Bring
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment:
- Proven experience in customer service (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) and vital signs (preferred)
- Understanding of medical billing and coding processes
- Experience navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
