Location: Remote EST We are seeking a FACETS Enrollment Lead to serve as the functional and technical lead for the member enrollment application within a healthcare payer environment. This role will lead a small development team while supporting business needs, troubleshooting production issues, and driving enhancements across enrollment systems. Responsibilities: * Act as the functional and technical lead for the member enrollment application * Serve as the primary point of contact for business inquiries related to enrollment * Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 developers supporting enrollment systems * Oversee development activities, enhancements, and system improvements * Manage and resolve tier 2 application support tickets * Provide technical guidance and direction to troubleshoot and resolve production issues * Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions Required Qualifications: * 8+ years of healthcare payer experience * 5+ years of hands-on experience with FACETS, including enrollment and related modules * Strong experience with FACETS extensions and integrated application areas * Knowledge of EDI transactions, including 834 and 820 * 5+ years of SQL experience, including querying, debugging, and performance tuning * 3+ years of hands-on development experience with web technologies * Experience with Angular or React and .NET for building REST APIs Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
