Why You'll Love This Role This role will be the front line IT support presence at Cribl's San Francisco headquarters. You'll be the local "face" of IT with a lot of exposure to key technologies and VIP stakeholders. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... * Support Criblanians world wide with hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT Support * Support the SF office 3-4 days/week in person, with a focus on AV, events, and IT infrastructure. * Manage the employee lifecycle by conducting onboarding classes and handling offboarding request Capture important troubleshooting workflows and how-tos in the form of knowledge base articles * Serve as a logistical backup to the local Workplace support staff. * Execute on project based work to further automation, integrate Cribl systems, and document processes. * This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties If You've Got It - We Want It * Experience supporting users in a cloud environment * Familiarity with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning * Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management * Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud * Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune * Mac and Windows support experience * Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Open AI ChatGPT #LI-KJ1 #LI-Remote The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
