Personnel World is seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators for a family-owned client in Mason that specializes in custom builds, repairs, and tear-outs. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of projects each week — not a production line environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding (approximately 90%), as well as TIG, stick welding, brazing, and freehand welding in various positions

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions

De-bur, clean, and inspect your own and others’ welds

Safely operate saws, grinders, drills, flame-cutting equipment, and other power tools

Maintain a clean and safe workspace and properly care for tools and equipment

Assist with general fabrication tasks as needed

Lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE
Qualifications

Willing and able to work 40–50 hours per week

Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/32"

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (chauffeur license a plus)

Welding certifications preferred

Trailer fabrication experience preferred

College or vocational training in welding or fabrication preferred

Previous manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience helpful but not required

Strong work ethic; self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team
