Job Description
Provide food and beverage service to guests of Evergreen Lodge’s restaurant. Greet guests, present menus, explain menu items and daily specials, take food and beverage orders, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, serve meals and beverages, monitor guest satisfaction, and process payments. Set up and clean dining areas, refill beverages, clear and reset tables, assist with opening and closing duties, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- No minimum education requirement.
- No minimum experience required; employer will provide on-the-job training.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Employer will provide all benefits required by federal, state, and local law. Overtime may be available and will be paid according to applicable law.
Equipment
Employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no cost to the worker.
Schedule:
35-40 hours or more per week. Workdays Monday through Sunday, 6 days per week. Shifts may occur between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Days off, schedules, and shift assignments may vary. Weekend and holiday work may be required. Overtime may be available.
Wage Information:
Wage rate: $16.00-$18.00 per hour.
Period of Employment:
October 1, 2027 – August 31, 2028
