Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related field of study. Seven (7) years of experience as a Cross Channel Initiatives Manager, Business Operations Analyst, Retail Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, or related occupation. Three (3) years of experience with the following: Data Analytics, including comprehensive reporting, forecasting based on market trends, and data analysis; Business Operations, including understanding and analyzing profit and lost calculations; Dealer Tracking Systems; Financial Analysis, such as profit and loss calculations, Gross profit, Fixed Coverage, and predictive Modelers; Global Automotive Sales, including Automotive Sales and Aftersales to understand market swings and create appropriate sales incentives; Global Automotive Marketing, including knowledge of how various marketing activities affect high/low demand parts, profit margins, associated costs of inventory, and how those variables impact Sales; Dealership Operations, including Dealer variable and fixed operations; and Variable Audience Communications. Two (2) years of experience with the following: Market Research, including understanding market trends and providing calculated predictions through research.
