Job Duties
Prepare, season, and cook authentic Vietnamese cuisine for restaurant guests. Prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes including soups, noodle dishes, grilled meats, rice dishes, appetizers, sauces, and specialty menu items. Prepare stocks, broths, marinades, and ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain food quality, portion control, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards. Assist with menu planning, inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleaning. Follow all federal, state, and local health regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Six (6) months of experience as a cook preparing Vietnamese cuisine in a commercial food service establishment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- No education requirement.

Employer will provide all benefits required by applicable federal, state, and local laws. Overtime may be available and will be paid according to applicable law.
35 hours or more per week. Workdays Monday through Sunday, 6 days per week. Shifts may occur between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Days off, schedules, and shift assignments may vary. Weekend and holiday work may be required. Overtime may be available.
Wage rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE.
Period of Employment:
From October 1, 2027 – August 31, 2028
