Play a major role in Digital Twin Project Development, system testing, and implementation. Identify technical risks and/or process gaps, and respective proactive mitigation plans. Define validation method, specs/metrics for new features. Develop scripts to test proof of concept of new features as needed. Develop processes and document guidelines for Digital Twin’s outputs and other data system integration. Assist on Reliability Engineering tasks like reliability modeling as needed. Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing advanced statistical models to analyze system reliability and failure modes, utilizing software tools such as JMP, Python, or ReliaSoft. Synthesize complex datasets from cross-functional sources, apply coding and data visualization techniques to generate actionable insights for continuous product improvement thereby improve reliability of KLA's inspection tools. Prepare technical documentation, periodic reports, and concise presentations to facilitate knowledge transfer and consensus-building among multidisciplinary teams. Hybrid work schedule permitted. Salary range: $130,000-$164,900 per year.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Informatics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Position requires experience or education in each of the following skills:
- Python Programming & Data Analysis;
- SQL Query and PBI;
- Data Engineering & Cloud Data Warehousing;
- AI/ML & Natural Language Processing;
- Visualization & Reporting;
- Full Stack & Web Application Development;
- PLC operation, ECO operation, and query SQL; and
- Data base system operation and integration.
