Evergreen Lodge, a newly renovated 41-room hotel in Trout Lake, Michigan, is seeking full-time Hotel Housekeepers to join our team as we prepare to welcome guests.
Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing guest rooms and bathrooms, making beds, changing linens, replacing towels and guest amenities, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining public areas, assisting with laundry operations, restocking housekeeping supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
Housekeepers will help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests while maintaining the hotel’s quality and service standards.
Schedule: 35-40 hours per week. Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Compensation: $15.00-$16.00 per hour.
Period of Employment: August 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028
