Work Experience
•Strong background in manufacturing related to injection molding, coating, and assembly preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to learn and comprehend electrical schematics, codes & electrical safety, electrical/electronic components, single and three phase power up to and including 600 volts, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical equipment, and welding
- Strong academics in math and physics
- Aptitude for electrical and mechanical equipment
- Aptitude to learn new skills, including electrical theory and drafting, CNC’s, PLC’s, controls, etc.
- Self-motivated, ability to follow-up on tasks through to completion
- Proven track record for performance and attendance in existing position
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, together with high degree of mechanical expertise and computer knowledge
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for overtime as required
Knowledge and Education
- Must be a licensed Electrician or 8 plus years expereince.
- Dual Electrician/Millwright preferred
Experience/Working knowledge of printed circuit board design and manufacturing would be an asset
