Skills That Get You Hired
Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
On the Job
Operate fabrication equipment such as: Cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches.
Cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubing, and structural materials.
Read and interpret job specifications to determine proper machine setup and material usage.
Set machine guides and stops using measuring tools (scales, rulers, templates).
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with site safety standards.
Ensure clean and organized work areas at all times.
