CAD Designer I

Position Summary:
CAD Designer I will support multiple R&D departments providing virtual parts & assemblies, prints, process sheets, and illustrations in a professional office environment. Being a CAD Designer I, work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist Engineers in designs, and technical drawings of parts, and assemblies
- Assist Engineers with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Develop and maintain engineering drawing standards
- Provide technical verification of advertisements, manuals. and literature as required
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of industry recognized 3D CAD system (SolidWorks preferred)
- Good written, verbal, listening, and computer skills
- Operational proficiency in Engineering CAD system
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education/Certifications:
- Associates degree in a drafting related field or related work experience
