Position Summary: Prepares beverages and supports meal service for residents and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary dining and bistro/bar environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages and garnishes for the bistro/bar.
- Set and maintain dining room tables.
- Take food orders and deliver service in a timely, organized, and courteous manner.
- Anticipate resident needs and offer service options that enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain all dining and bistro/bar areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition in accordance with infection control standards, including proper attire and hygiene practices.
- Deliver food carts to designated areas and return carts to the kitchen.
- Collect and dispose of trash and waste appropriately.
- Clean dining areas, bistro/bar spaces, equipment, and workstations.
- Wash bar glassware using approved procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education, Training & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous food service experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Ability to obtain TIPS or other required beverage service certification.
