What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality.

Complete daily assessments and document physical and emotional well-being.

Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.

Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes.

Support and supervise unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures.

Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.

Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs.
What You Bring
-
Current Michigan LPN license (required).

Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar).

A genuine commitment to serving an elder population with patience, respect and compassion.
Schedule & Compensation

Employment type: Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem

Shift: Day Shift or Night Shift, 12-hour shifts

Weekends: Rotating weekend schedule for Full-time and Part-time, required

Pay rate: $29.50 - 32.40 per hour, based on licensure

Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour
