Position Overview
We are hiring Construction Laborers to support a variety of residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor, use of tools, and working all year. No two days are the same, and there is plenty of room to grow with the company.
Pay & Hours

$20–$35 per hour, based on experience

Up to 40 hours per week

Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs

Experience

No experience required — we will train the right person

Prior construction, carpentry, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus but not necessary
Responsibilities

Assist with construction tasks such as framing, demolition, cleanup, material handling, and site preparation

Operate hand tools and power tools safely (training provided)

Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team

Maintain a clean and organized job site
