Work with ABAP and technical developers to craft and drive SAP system changes. Work with service business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail. Lead and conduct requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a strong emphasis on reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources). Perform integration testing, facilitate User Testing, and identify resulting gaps. Responsible for system configuration in SAP CRM and SAP SD to support moderate to sophisticated improvements and projects in SAP. Recommend new insights and/or efficiency opportunities. Works on and coordinate multiple SAP deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment. Document all best known methods and provide support as needed. Hybrid work schedule permitted. Salary range: $123,240-$153,700 per year.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
