Job Description SUMMARY: This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate accounting operations environment, supports key functions of the Accounts Payable group. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. * Creates and updates supplier information in NetSuite for all departments within 3-5 days of the request * Replies to requesters within the 3-5 days providing update confirmation * Responsible for all file maintenance, current and historical * Participate in ad hoc projects and reporting tasks as needed MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Currently pursuing a BS or MBA/MS OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Strong analytical skills * Observational and listening skills * Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills * Detail-oriented and organizational skills * Ability to listen effectively, respect others' perspectives and contributions, and offer and accept constructive feedback DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with Netsuite * Experience with Accounting/Bookkeeping is a plus * Experience with Data Analytics * Experience with system administration/vendor management This internship is paying $22.00/per hour.
