Duties: Define policies, procedures, and standards for implementing and maintaining our infrastructure with Puppet. Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them. Make continuous improvements to our patching and endpoint management solutions. Performance monitoring and tuning, support across production and preproduction environments in multiple physical locations. Develop Disaster Recovery strategies and business continuity plans. Automate routine tasks and advanced tasks with PowerShell.
